We lead with drain cleaning and water heaters, our two most requested services, and also cover sewers, gas lines, repiping, fixtures, sump pumps, remodels, and around-the-clock emergencies.
How We Got Here
Plumbing runs in the family. Brian Scroggins is a third-generation master plumber who grew up learning the trade from his father and grandfather. He’s spent over 30 years in the field, building a reputation for honest work, fair pricing, and showing up when he says he will.
Brian started his own company because he wanted to do things the right way. No cutting corners, no upselling, no disappearing after the invoice is paid. The goal was simple: build a plumbing company that treats every customer the way they’d want to be treated in their shoes.
That goal hasn’t changed. Today, Brian Scroggins Plumbing serves homeowners and businesses across Clark, Floyd, Harrison, and surrounding counties with the same standard that started three generations ago: do good work, be honest about it, and stand behind it.
What We Stand For
We show you the problem, explain your options, and let you decide. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we tell you that. We don't upsell.
Our trucks are fully stocked with parts and equipment. We arrive on time, prepared to work, and we don't leave until the job is done right.
We wear shoe covers inside your home, lay tarps to protect your floors, and clean up the work area before we leave. We call it the maid-like cleanup. Your home should be as clean when we leave as when we arrived.
We don't disappear after the job is done. Warranties are available on qualifying work, and if there's an issue, we come back and make it right. Our reputation in the community depends on it.
